All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse using StarTrack Premium Express — one of Australia's fastest courier services. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are generally dispatched the same day.
Australian Delivery Rates
We use StarTrack Premium Express for all Australian deliveries — fast, reliable and fully web-tracked. Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel door to door.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are generally dispatched the same day. Deliveries are typically 1–3 business days for Melbourne metro. Regional Victoria and interstate may take slightly longer.
Please note that heavy or large items (such as sex machines and some masturbators) may ship via StarTrack Road Freight and can take 2–6 days depending on your location.

Signature on delivery
Due to the nature of our products, a signature is required on every order when the parcel is delivered. This helps protect against chargebacks and confirms genuine delivery.
If you're not home, a card will be left and your parcel held at the nearest post office or news agency for collection. You'll need ID matching your delivery address to collect.
Safe drop requests
If you request your parcel to be left in a safe place, Sex Toys Melbourne will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods once the item has been delivered.
