How discreet is your packaging?
Every order ships in a completely plain, unmarked box or satchel. There is no branding, no store name and nothing on the outside that indicates the contents. Your bank statement will show a generic merchant reference only.
Where is my order?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days are dispatched same day. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking after 2 business days, please contact us with your order number.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened intimate products unless there is a manufacturing fault. Contact us first and we'll sort it out.

My item arrived faulty - what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly - no hassle.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping but all orders ship in plain packaging which is perfect for gifting. We do offer digital gift cards - available to purchase on our website.
