Our deliveries are generally between 2 – 3 business days. 

If you purchase something on Saturday, you ‘should’ get your delivery by Tuesday if not Wednesday.
Please note that deliveries outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area may take longer.
We use Auspost-star track for all our deliveries.
All our shipments are web tracked.
This service may require your signature when the parcel is delivered.
If you are not available at time of delivery, a card may be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office / News Agency or left securely.
(Don’t worry all items are packaged discreetly with no identifying markings).

If you ask for your delivery to be left in a safe place of your choosing, Sex Toys Melbourne will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods.

Our Returns Policy.

The Services commence when the Goods are delivered to or received by us and terminates on Delivery.

Where the Receiver is unavailable or the Delivery Address is unattended and whether or not you or the Receiver has provided us with a duly signed written authority to do so, we may, at our sole discretion and at your sole cost and expense:

(a) deposit the Goods at the Delivery Address, which shall be conclusively deemed to be due Delivery of the Goods;

(b) return the Goods to our nearest depot or Australia Post Office and advise you to collect the same;

(c) store the Goods at your sole risk and you agree to indemnify us for all costs and expenses incurred in relation to such storage; or

(d) attempt to re-deliver the Goods to the Receiver or the Sender.

To the extent permitted by law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), we accept no liability and you will not hold us responsible for any loss, damage or other liability occasioned to any items or any claims by you, the Receiver or any other party having an interest in the Goods, except to the extent that the loss is incurred as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct, and you hereby indemnify us and will keep us indemnified against any claim for loss, damage or other liability occasioned by us as a result of acting in accordance with the provisions of this clause 3.2.

We are not a common carrier. Subject to any laws which cannot be excluded by agreement, we do not accept liability as a common carrier and may refuse to transport any particular Goods for any person or Goods which are IATA restricted articles.

Insurance is not included in the Charges. You are solely responsible for taking out and keeping current (at your own cost), all insurances in respect of the Goods and the Services as you consider to be reasonable and prudent.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES:

Our deliveries are generally between 3 – 10 working days.

Rural areas can take up to 14 days.

Free shipping on any orders over $150.00 AUD.

There is a flat rate of $39.00 up to 5kg in weight

We use Auspost for all our deliveries.
All our shipments are web tracked.

Customers will be liable for any custom charges, duties, or tariffs for there destination country.

Customers understand that if customs impound the goods sent from us, charges &/or costs of goods will not be refunded.

Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.
